Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your QoolSplit account and personal data at any time from within the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the QoolSplit app on your device.
  2. Tap on your Profile tab.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your data or restore your account. Please make sure you have settled any outstanding balances with your groups before proceeding.

What happens to your data

When you delete your account, the following changes take effect:

Permanently deleted

Your email address, display name, and profile photo are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Anonymized & retained

Group expense and settlement records are anonymized but kept to maintain accurate records for other group members.
